Ordering Tips
- Check your cart before checkout to ensure the correct Scale/Gauge—over 50% of returns are due to incorrect scale.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- We verify your address, phone, and email to protect you and us from fraud. These will not be used for marketing unless you opt in.
- We may contact you or request a valid photo ID for high-value orders.
Payment Methods
We use PayPal to process all credit card transactions. Accepted payment methods include:



- Billing address must match your card’s address or the transaction will be declined.
- After 3 failed attempts, you’ll be locked out for 24 hours. Contact your bank if a transaction fails before retrying.
- Checks and Money Orders are not accepted.
Address Restrictions
- No shipping to Hotels, Motels, Bed & Breakfasts.
- No shipping to Freight Forwarders, Parcel Lockers, or 3rd Party Shipping Services.
- If you use these services, our responsibility ends when your package is marked “Delivered.”
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Handling & Shipping
Handling Time
- Orders typically ship within 1 business day.
- Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
Packaging
- Items ship in boxes with protective packing.
- Small items may ship in padded poly mailers to save on cost.
Shipping Carriers
- USPS: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail
- FedEx: Home Delivery, Ground
- We ship via the lowest cost option.
- Items under 5 lbs: USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail
- Items over 5 lbs: Usually FedEx
Signature Required
- High Value orders (Over $600.00) may require Signature Conformation
- If Signature Conformation is an issue, please let us know.
Tracking Information
- You must provide a valid email to receive tracking information.
- Tracking details are emailed once your item ships.
- Sometimes USPS scans “Delivered” before it physically arrives. Please allow 1 full business day.
- If it doesn't arrive, contact your local post office with the tracking number.
- USPS delivery scans include GPS tracking to help locate misdelivered packages.
