Kotobukiya KP149R 1:12 Scale RACaseal Elenor Phantasy Star Online Model Kit

The origins of this model trace back to the early days of the action figure scene with RACaseal, originally created by sculptor Masaki Apsy and released as a resin cast at Wonder Festival 2003 Summer. Gaining significant popularity, the design later evolved into RACaseal Elenor from Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst, now faithfully reproduced as a 1/12 scale plastic model kit by Kotobukiya.

This kit inherits the core concept of an action figure that can be assembled like a garage kit, utilizing plastic materials that balance durability and detail. Redesigned articulation allows for expressive posing, while refinements made personally by Masaki Apsy give this version a sharper, more mechanical aesthetic known as the Apsy Version. Color-separated parts enhance accuracy straight out of the box.

Distinctive section markings can be recreated using included decals, offering additional customization for builders. This unassembled plastic model kit serves as both a tribute to the original RACaseal and a foundation for Kotobukiya’s character plastic model lineup, making it an essential piece for PSO collectors.
