Note this is the 50-foot single-door tooling, not the 50-foot double-door car or the 50'6" body - all three exist in the Atlas N range. Atlas ran this scheme as a two-number pair, #2346 and #2367. The Katy ran from the Midwest deep into Texas and was absorbed by Missouri Pacific and Union Pacific in 1988. The era shown follows the billboard paint rather than the car's friction-bearing trucks, which suggest an earlier build. Country of manufacture is inferred and the weight is an estimate; no barcode is published.
