About This Item
The 45,000-ton Iowa-class were the largest and last battleships built by the U.S. Navy. The USS New Jersey, affectionately known as the "Big J," saw service in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam before being modernized in the 1980s with Tomahawk and Harpoon missiles and Phalanx CIWS. This 1/350 scale plastic assembly kit depicts the New Jersey as she appeared in 1982 and measures 774mm long.
