Lionel 2554260 HO Scale Wings of Angels 40' Steel Flat-End Boxcar

This black HO scale 40-foot boxcar carries some of the boldest graphics in Lionel's Wings of Angels run: a full-length photo of a WWII fighter marked with a star-and-bar roundel, "RF-K" squadron codes, a yellow prop spinner and the graffiti-lettered nose art "SIX-SHOOTER". Photographer Michael Malak's pin-up of model Jessie Ray appears on both sides, in service uniform on one and on the wing in yellow on the other, with a yellow centre door carrying the "Wings of Angels" script and Malak's credit. The black body makes the aviation photography and white lettering pop under layout lighting. Ready to run with opening doors, metal wheels, metal knuckle couplers and factory weighting for reliable operation, it measures 6.4" long and negotiates curves down to an 18" radius.
