About This Item
Created as part of a plan to attack major cities in the United States and the Panama Canal, the three I-400-class large aircraft-carrier submarines were quite technologically advanced. Featuring extremely long range and heavily armed with torpedoes and deck guns, they were also equipped with catapults to launch three Aichi M6A Seiran aircraft. This high-quality 1/350 scale assembly kit accurately reproduces the I-400.
