About This Item
The Mogami-class was designed in 1931 as 8,500-ton light cruisers and rearmed with twin 20.3cm gun turrets in 1939. The Mogami fought at the Sunda Strait, Midway, and Leyte Gulf, where she was severely damaged and scuttled. This 1/350 scale plastic assembly kit of the heavy cruiser Mogami measures 573mm long, with movable turrets, torpedo launchers, and catapults, plus parts for Mitsubishi F1M and Aichi E13A aircraft.
